First of all, our box arrived this week wonderfully packaged and fully frozen (after a two day trip to Colorado). Tonight we grilled burgers. They had perfect flavor, tender texture, and reminded me of my years growing up in Kansas.

So far, I’ve tried a Denver steak, beef patties and ground beef, everything was wonderful! Looking forward to trying a roast in a couple days. The buying process was so easy and I appreciate that too.

Don’t think twice about having fresh beef shipped to you. Our ground beef box arrived in an iced styrofoam cooler. The 1lb beef packages were all still completely frozen (Fed Ex 2 day ground shipping). We’re very pleased!

I've have a filet and some hamburger thus far. The filet was melt in your mouth awesome. Texture and taste was something I hadn't experience for some time. The hamburger had excellent taste. I was a little surprised on how easy it fell apart in a good way. No artificial binders. So far, I'm very pleased with my order. Thank you. M

I recently bought ground beef, and the quality was excellent. The meat was incredibly fresh. It cooked up perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and much more tender than typical store-bought ground beef. You could really taste the difference in freshness and quality. Supporting local producers definitely paid off, and I’ll be buying locally ground beef again.

Had the 2 strip steaks last night. Very, very good. Nice thick cut. Tender. Good flavor. Have used 3 lbs of the hamburger. Also very good.
