I needed to unravel the cords that were wound tightly when I received the bracelets. My wife's fit nicely without unraveling the cord. But I could not get it over my hand to wear it unless I made it longer by unravelling it. There might be a better way to make it longer and and then tighten it a bit so it stays on.
My hands are not big, I take a large size of gloves for example. So I think most people might need to enlarge the bracelet.
