I was nervous about ordering a chair unseen and having to assemble it. But, the assembly was a breeze and the chair is well made with a nice fabric. It looks far more expensive than it was. My only reservation -- and the reason I give it 4 stars -- is that the chair cushion is too hard. It is not a chair you sink into for reading or even conversation. It is in the bedroom, so It's simply a place to sit and put on shoes or meditate for a few minutes.

Extremely impressed with the width and comfort of this velvet dining/accent chair. The roomy barrel curve is slightly recessed on each side allowing freedom of movement. Although the curved height is lower than the average high-backed chair it is quite comfortable around the mid-back area offering support and comfort for your arms to rest. The cushioned seating is firm yet comfortable. Love that the leg frame is in one piece with no visible screws. The quality is exceptional.

I had an issue with this order: one bookcase was missing, and they worked quickly to rectify the error and sent another right away. We struggled a little getting the tops of the bookcases attached too; there's a section about screwing them on that just doesn't make sense. I don't love the screw holes that need to be covered with stickers or the gap in the back paneling piece, but I think that's to be expecte...

We absolutely love the fireplace—it looks beautiful and works perfectly in our space. The only downside was the assembly, which took about 2.5 hours. We were also initially sent two left drawers, and the correct ones were out of stock at the time. Fortunately, customer service was able to accommodate us and resolve the drawer issue, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy with the fireplace and the final result.

Overall a beautiful piece that I bought 3 of. They arrived undamaged and were easy to assemble overall. Material is sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. I knocked off one star for the door quality. The alignment is ok for a build it yourself item. Adjusting is also just ok. Gaps are larger than I’d like and no matter how much adjusting the doors are slightly misaligned on one.
