I ordered the sample & the 1st day, in about an hr., I could feel tingling in arms, legs & feet; I knew something was working. After the 2nd day, my sleep was so much better. This product has a slightly sweet but not overwhelming taste, easy to drink as opposed to others I have tried that are bitter or so over the top with stevia they become sickeningly sweet. The bottle that comes with it is decent enough, nothing fancy. I would add a gasket to the lid to make it leak proof. Packet form makes it convenient when you are on the go.
