When I first started using it early 21 I sprayed it and it was fine. Then at some point it got a LOT stronger and I started dipping a cotton swab into it and swabbing my nose then using a neti pot about a half hour later. I use the neti almost daily, but the immune mist only in certain circumstances. I feel like it adds protection for sure.
