Just please don’t order this item if you are expecting as little as a month to receive it I ordered mine April 10th and just today 5/22/ got it I am sorry for not having patients but if this company had a better way to inform you of how and where your product is in the process it would have been a lot more calming to the customer!! I paid for VIP to receive before Christmas, it looks just like the photos and looks beautiful.
Mind you the wood is very light and cheap, I would have thought for the price the wood quality would have been a lot heavier.
Other than that we are very satisfied with our order and will order more things in the future.

I honestly can't recommend this necklace enough! The photos do NOT do it justice. 100/10 Reccomend. Arrived earlier than stated. Slight delay with Royal Mail updating tracking (not sellers fault) but very quick replies when I asked if they had any other updates I couldn't see. Wouldn't highly recommend all around. Cannot wait to gift this!

This was a great gift for my mother. The only issue I had was one of them had a misspelled name, i had the name spelled correctly on the order slip. Also on 2 of them the dates were kinda messed up and when I tried to get a refund, they didn't make it easy. I wanted it all fixed so I reordered the ones that were messed up and misspelled. Still no refund from their mistake.
Don't get me wrong, this is a great product. They could be more active and helpful in getting the refunds worked out.
