Spectacular, very comfortable. I had tried some before and decided to order these to match my running shoes. They absorb impacts very well and are breathable. If you are going to leave the original insoles in the shoes, you should order the same shoe size; if you are going to remove the original insoles, you should order one size larger.

Really soft but because it's foam it doesn't last long, the softness decreases, but in relation to the price it's good. For someone who needs a light insole that can be replaced every few months to six months, it's suitable. It has good grip in the shoe and also between the insole and foot.
