The single top push button doesn't work as well as the double side buttons. But the height of the seat is good and the larger cup holders are nice to help hold your drink, phone, and a bag of chips. We have had Renetto chairs for years. We love having our own shade on the chair for no additional umbrella is needed. So easy to pack up and go to car shows and other family outings. Highly recommend these chairs.

I really like this chair! It is comfortable and it provides plenty of coverage when needed! The only improvement I would possibly suggest is that they didn’t pick up dirt so easily. After my first softball weekend there are dirt stains from the dust all over my brand new chair. Might not happen with another color- I chose light gray

Chairs arrived in time specified. Slight damage to boxes but chairs were undamaged. Really wish shipping services delivered packages as though they were delivering them to their 'Nonna'. Have used the chair only once co far, at the beach, and it performed well. Very comfortable; easy to deploy and retrieval was simple at end of day. Looking forward to using these at a 'concert on the commons'. Would recommend for anyone.

I love the quality of the product and the idea of portable shade. The efficiency of the shade canopy also being the carrier is cool. The only improvement I would make is to somehow design the canopy so that it can detach from the chair. If the sun is not in the right position, the shade canopy is not always useful. Yes, it slides behind easily, but sometimes just the chair is needed.

chairs are too heavy. we don’t weigh 300 lb each, so we don’t need this kind of load carrying capacity. wish there was a version made for 160 lb people that had all the same features, just lighter structure. also, the metal attachments on the shoulder straps dig into your shoulder blades.

We love our new chairs! They are a bit on the heavier side, like our previous chairs, but we love how these have the backpack carrying vs the single, over the shoulder strap. The only thing that would make this better is if it was a rocker too! Love it overall!

Chair arrived on time as expected, looks and works as expected. Easy to setup and put away, but clasping it shut isn't 100% easy (myself and others have regularly struggled to get the arms to fold 'right' so the clasps will close easily).

The chairs seem to be built well, but only time will tell. There is mesh in the middle of the seat and back so I can't tell if this hold up over time. The chairs are easy to carry (with the dual straps) and very easy to set up and take down.

I like the shade I receive, but the bar that goes across under my thighs makes my legs go to sleep. It could use a little more padding across the front under your thighs.

Great chair, love the canopy operation and pack and go feature. Only concern is the straps latches are not well designed for non shoulder carry. When you pick up duffel style, they are clearly causing strain on the brackets. This is not ideal, especially since there are no other carry handles. There should be carry function handles that don’t require backpack format.
