I had explant surgery and these were the best ice packs. I actually ended buying another set because I wanted to be able to have one set in the freezer and one that I would be using. They are the perfect size for under the armpit area. Comfortabel too.

Muscle pain in leg following hip surgery was precluding full participation in physical therapy. Upon advice from PT began using Arnica gel. Positive result reducing pain level allowed for full course of successful therapy.

I started drinking VitaMedica Collagen in my juice every morning about 2 years ago. I felt an improvement in my knee joints within the first week of using it. I've continued with collagen and no longer need any knee injections for pain! Love this stuff!!

I started taking Vita Medica vitamins as part of my program to prep for surgery. They were very helpful, and the surgeon commented on how quickly I was healing. I used that program a couple of years later for another surgery. Since, then, I have switched to the everyday formulation, because I like that they don't make me feel nauseous and because I notice a favorable difference in my energy level and mood that I have not seen with other brands.

I really do notice is has already helped me sleep better at night. I am perimenopausal and have been struggling with symptoms over that last year. Sleep being where I was waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep. After the first night I was able to sleep all night! I notice when I accidentally forgot a night I didn't sleep as well.

I used to take these after they were recommended after a surgical procedure, but stopped. I decided to start taking them again because I always liked the results. I won't quit again!

Was taking it for 3 months. Then had to cut corners on spending. This is one of the items I cancelled. I noticed a difference after about 2 weeks. My doctor recommended the sublingual Arnica before I had eye surgery and wanted me to start five days before. I noticed a pleasant side effect in that I did not have any muscle ache or joint ache. Unusual? Maybe, but it works for me. I am now three weeks postop and still using it and will continue to use it well after I’m healed.

I really like these vitamins. I feel good. The packaging makes taking my vitamins super easy. The fact that the vitamins are taken twice a day makes it better for our bodies to utilize the nutrients.

Great vitamins. I’m terrible about remembering to take every day though! I’ve been using them for about 5 or more years now. They dissolve well which is so important and don’t cause any tummy issues regardless if I take with food or not.

I love the prepackaging, which makes it easy to take on trips, etc. I don't think vitamins are everything, but combined with exercise they help maintain quality of life as we age.

My husband and I have been taking the Day & Night Multivitamins for a couple of year now and still notice a difference from the ones we use to take from a local vitamin store. We highly recommend...the only down side (and a slight downside!) is if you are sensitive to smell/taste, the 'Day' vitamins have an offsetting smell/taste.

Dissolves quickly in water and I sometimes add fresh fruit or almond milk. Digests easily; no after taste. Taking collagen for joints and it appears to be easing my joint pain.

This eye cream is the best , one of the only ones I’ve tried that works. Really takes the puffiness out of your under eye bags. Definitely recommend. I haven’t been using it long enough to see how it works for dark circles, fingers crossed!
