LOVE these SO much. I keep buying these and coming back! You can see these vitamins working pretty fast. I work out a lot and cardio causes sweat with clothes which can sometimes cause breakouts. I started taking Vita medica roughly 5 months ago after an insane bout with adult acne (mainly due to working in close proximity to traffic: a lot of dirt n car exhaust and other grime in the air..) that was causing outbreaks. I’ve had virtually zero outbreaks since n only a stray small pimple here or there that goes away after a day… so thanks for a great product that delivers.
