It looks very short in the image, but I think the model either has very long legs, or is wearing it quite high. I'm a 40+ year old and this length would not be good on me, but it does come almost to your knee (I'm 177cm tall) if you don't wear it as a high waisted skirt. Its very versatile in length because of the shirring at the waist. Highly recommend for many age groups. My 11 yr old daughter has also worn it and loves it!
