Was a pleasure dealing with this company, Order was easily placed and the mattress was delivered within 3 days. Very professional and we had a very positive and pleasant experience from start to finish. The mattress is excellent and we have both enjoyed great nights sleep since we started using it.

The mattress is just what I want, but the delivery was bad. I was woken up by a phone call at 6.25 AM, followed by a message to say it would be delivered in ten minutes. I wasn’t ready for it, and the banging on the door was so loud that it woke my neighbour. Surely deliveries should not be made before 8am

Upgrading from a single to king size was a doddle. Already had this very mattress before so I knew what to expect. Delivery men very helpful and polite. The only improvement I’d suggest is for you to advise customers of the delivery date. Other than that, all good.

Would definitely recommend the british bed store. My experience from start to finish was excellent! Great costumer service and quick delivery to Northern Ireland. I purchased the puccini 3000 matress and am totally delighted with it . I have recommended it to friends and family. Thank you

Fantastic service from Adam and prompt delivery of or mattress as promised. It's a welcome change to find a company that keeps the customer informed every step of the way. Highly recommended. The Assenza 1000 mattress is a direct replacement for our previous Assenza. It's so comfortable and feels like floating on air.

Easy to order only niggle no correspondence as when arriving the only notice was 20 mins before delivery other than that would use again thank you mattress wonderful had 1 before so knew what was arriving

There was a delay with the mattress and a lack of communication so I had to chase a few times but when the product eventually arrived it was great.

It’s early days, but although not delivered as expected the mattress feels like I want it too, obviously over time and with use I’ll see how it compares with the one I bought for our guest bed many many years ago. If I’m to be critical I think the service post sale could have been better.

We didn’t expect that the mattress will be that hard. First night I can say was a nightmare to survive until morning, all back was in extreme pain, I was rolling side to side, we didn’t sleep well. The night later was not bad. We get use to already and if fine, but still thinking to get less hard! For people who really love hard matters I will recommend but who don’t I don’t . Matters also stink a lot with glue, we hope the smell it will disappear with time.
