I’ve been taking this collagen supplements for about 3 weeks now and can notice some improvements on joints . When it’s cold I use to feel a lot of discomfort on my joints and coincidence or not I’ve notice huge improvement since I stated taking this collagen. And also my skin feels and looks softer .
