To be honest I haven't seen much difference in my skin, hair or nails but it's still early days and we all react to things differently, we're all unique. But I have noticed that by taking collagen in water every morning on an empty stomach has really helped settle my acid reflux. I'm really pleased with that. Well I’ve only been taking my supplement for 5 days now so I can’t say I’ve noticed any changes yet but the only thing I have noticed is I’ve put on a bit of weight. I train 4 times a week and I’m on a strict diet but in the past when I have took protein I gain weight so I stop taking protein shakes. So happy with this collagen. It's really helped me with muscle recovery after the gym. I don't get pain after the gym now. I mix a spoon of collagen in with my overnight oats. You just have to make sure that it's mixed properly otherwise it can be a bit lumpy.
