It takes 3 months to see the effects of collagen and it must be taken daily. The powder also doesn’t have vitamin c which you need for adsorption but I take it with a multivitamin. The powder has no taste and dissolves into fluid completely albeit after a couple of mins so you can add it to literally anything. Also the protein in it means you feel full. If I have it in the morning I’m not hungry until 11ish. Good product, and would recommend.
