It took a while to receive the chiller/tub. I didn't get the tub I ordered with two spouts, so have to have one hose draped over the edge. The instructions to set it up were REALLY bad. They should definitely improve those. I had to mess around with it quite a bit to get it to work. Once it was set up correctly, it's been great. Using it every day and have had no problems with it.
