Shipping arrived earlier than expected so that was a pleasant surprise. I ordered several key lime pie thinking I’d like that flavor the most but as it turned out it’s my least favorite. It’s far from key lime pie and there’s an aftertaste which isn’t pleasant.
I liked the rest of the flavors I received with chocolate mousse and pomegranate açaí standing out. I stayed away from whey protein for many years but Pro Dough has me consuming whey protein again. Definitely recommend.

I enjoy this daily using my Ninja creami, mixed with unsweetened vanilla almond milk I appreciate thar there are no sugar alcohols or that artificial sugar after taste. I have added a TBS of cacao for extra chocolate, I've added a little mint flavoring. I've used peanut butter as an add-in. I also add a 1/4 tsp guar gum to reduce the iciness. Is it as good as full fat ice cream? No. Is it healthier and a fun way to get my protein shake? Yes!

Very easy to order. The only problem with the cupcake recipe is that it calls for pumpkin purée. Pumpkin purée only comes in cans. The recipe calls for 3 tablespoons. I have to literally portion out the rest of the can and freeze them. That being said, the cupcakes themselves are good and an easy way to get protein for the day.

I've never found a protein powder that I could mix with water and nothing more. I've always had to do something to improve the taste or the texture. For the ProDough protein powders, I just blend some ice into water (to make a water slushy), and then mix the protein in. It's like the perfect milkshake. Strawberry Shortcake and Iced Mocha are my two favorites, although I like the Sugar Cookie and Snickerdoodle as well.
