Made the raspberry cheesecake (half pkg sample) w/fat free Greek yogurt, a few blackberrys, blueberries, flax and Chia seeds, ice, milk, blended it and it was fantastic. A ton of protein and the whey flavors take away that bit of bitter from Greek yogurt. I think my protein was over 30 grams, this is a staple now.
