I bought a bunch of sample packets to test the flavors, and this one was one of my favorites. It has a light mint flavor and that comes across more than the chocolate, but I used vanilla unsweetened almond milk. I am going to try this again with Fairlife skim and see if that changes the flavor profile, but this is definitely one I will buy and have as a staple in my pantry going forward.

This flavor Coconut Cream is really so delicious! I’ve made chia pudding with pineapple, added it to my protein yogurt and added fruit, and my absolute favorite way to mix it is in a shaker bottle with 4 Oz water, 4 Oz OJ, a big scoop of Greek yogurt, a scoop of this protein powder, a few ice cubes, and 2 Tbsp. Of Chia seeds. This makes a delicious and healthy protein shake I can drink on the way to work.

Oh my I love this stuff! 8oz of almond milk, 1 scoop of cookie crumble and 1tbsp of instant chocolate pudding. Mix, freeze, next day put in ninja creami. Wonderful! I add a Tablespoon of American dream almond butter and it is than real ice cream!

Unfortunately, at present, I am non-ambulatory and I am using the protein packs to make protein yogurt and or protein coffee in the morning.
