I like the convenience of a sample pack because I can take it with me. The flavors are not overwhelmingly sweet and the protein mixed either a yogurt makes for a healthy quick lunch or mid afternoon snack. I would definitely purchase different flavors down the road.

Use the single packs, which I have on a monthy reorder basis, with 3/4 cup of low fat yogurt, so that I get my protein in for the day - 10 grams for the yogurt, 25 grams for the prodough - 35 for the meal! And it tastes great and is so easy!

This product is wonderful! I have a chronically ill spouse who is not eating well and his physicians keep stressing he needs more protein. Well, he’s very picky and has hated any protein products I’ve tried-except ProDough. He loves it! I loved the Cinnamon Roll flavor but found that you do not have it in a large bag. Too expensive to continue to buy small individual packets so had to purchase from a competitor. However, once the Cinnamon Roll flavor is available in a larger size (((30 servings))) I will purchase.

I was so excited about this product since all the great reviews and videos on the powder. I mixed the lemon with plain greek yogurt and was so disappointed in the flavor and how bland it seemed. I probably put a cup of yogurt to a whole packet. I tried it once again with the chocolate and still didn't like the flavor. I haven't tried it in water because it just seems weird having those flavors like raspberry cheesecake mixed with water. I am going to try that next. I have been wanting to try...

This stuff is amazing for the keto/low carb lifestyle. I mix it into Greek Yogurt (full fat) and its my little indulgence. I packet to a cup and a half of yogurt, eaten 1 tbsp at a time.
