I bought Keto Activate just to try it out, I figure couldn’t hurt. I love the taste chocolate truffle and at first I didn’t really notice anything but after a couple days I am noticing I have more energy and I don’t eat but about 1 time a day so it is very easy for intermittent fasting. So far I have lost 11 pounds in a week. It seems I am always thirst so it reminds me to get my daily water requirements in. I will be buying more.

I use a power chair to get around. Since I started using KETO ACTIVATE, I found it much easier to go to the bathroom. Its very difficult for me to get on a scale because I can't stand, but I am noticing my pants fit better. I KNOW everyone wants a big number...but losing weight while your using a power chair is difficult. I am losing weight...just slowly...I'm still excited and hopeful I will reach my goal .

I drink Keto Activate in the morning before I eat my oatmeal. Some mornings after drinking it I'm not even hungry enough to make the oatmeal!
