We had to put a shim under the base to keep the water from splattering out of the fountain from one of the tears. Other than that, this is a great fountain

I never received it, this was a scam and I was able to get my credit card to reimburse my money. It did not ship in 3 to 5 days. 10 days after ordering and several email, nothing but empty promises. I even got a UPS tracking number but the item never left CA. Do not buy from this site.
