the shampoo bottle is the most impractical thing everrr! the liquid is too think yet the opening it’s supposed to come out from is tiny it simply does not work.. and i believe you changed the formula of the conditioner cause now it just feels like water on my hair.. no moister whatsoever.. i used to actually like that line now i’m just disappointed
