We had a great time making pumpkins. The video instruction was great and the craft is easy enough for inexperienced crafters but still fun for everyone. It took us about an hour to make the first pumpkin, pausing the instructions as we went. But we were able to make additional pumpkins in much less time. (I bought two kits) I’m looking forward to having an ornament making party next!

This was so much fun! Since I’m new at needle felting I used the eggs as a for of practice and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I purchased the 12 pack of eggs (gave 6 to my mom) and 10 different colors of wool. The gray color in the photos is my cat’s hair (his name is Bugsy) I incorporated his hair in each egg. I love Felted Sky's wool, so I knew I would love the scrap bag. It's truly a rainbow of colors with the felter's palette, fleece, and flowing wools. The amount of each wool varies but most are a large chunk. In the attached photo I laid out 1/8 oz of felter's palette on the top right for size reference. I got 34 lovely colors for a bargain, I'm excited to get to work using them! :)

This kit was my first attempt at needle felting. The instructional video made it very easy to follow along. I was able to finish in about 2 hours total. The only downside was that I broke both provided needles toward the end of the project and had to finish up with a teeny scrap of needle. They did warn this could happen though. I will be doing another project for sure.

I was intimidated at first by the number of different but similar colors in this kit, but the step-by-step instructions made it clear. I did find myself referring to the video more for this one than I have for other kits, especially for details at the end. The black roving never looked right when I tried to put it over the pale colors, so I tried some other things instead. Overall, this kit was fun to make. I enjoyed working on the prefelt, and I’m happy with how the picture came out.

This was my 3rd project in needle felting, a memorial piece of my first dog. Used your core wool for the base and the 1/8 oz palette wools to make her markings and her chin whiskers. Especially love the 1/8 oz palette wools, I can get a variety of colors at a good cost for blending the small details in coat colors, paw pads, etc. Experimenting with needle felting cat eyes since I can't find quite the right size or color of glass eyes for my current project (cat).
