Each time I have ordered from Janessa Wait, the products have come exactly as they appear in pictures and great quality. I recently received the incorrect necklace, sent an email about it, they were timely and polite in their reply, sent me the correct one and I wasn't required to return the other...made a Great gift for my niece! : ). Beautifully packaged! The team absolutely loved the pictures and the execution of their new year vision!
