Really revolutionary idea. A critique would be to make the tool hold as long as the actual container, so you can put longer tweezer/tongs, spoons, etc.

Best knife roll for professional chef. Build quality durability the hybrid use of the lid that converts into a Bain Marie is genius.

The pro is a lot larger than I thought it would be, but damn do I think it's impressive and so do others that I work with. I really appreciate the toughness and sturdiness, looking forward to years of use.

Whats the difference? Be nice the replacement lid be an extended version so i can hold my knives larger then 12inch, instead of buying the pro.
Other then that it hold my chef knives great, still extra space between the knives and compartment on top, i ended up puting an small container for my needs(bandage, eyedrops, medicine)

Overall the lid is great it is nice to have more than one container to hold thing. While working on the line..the fit of the lid is good. I feel it could be better with a different locking system or screw system.. the “pin” style is a little too tight and tough to get off. Maybe a more traditional style screw mechanism. Also it would be nice to have some type of mark to line up the lid to the base .. and also for people with smaller hands something to hang on to to get the lid off.

Cool design. Great idea. I like the versatility overall. Unfortunately, the knives I use most regularly exceed 13 inches, which means I cannot secure the lid for travel/ commute. Stationary - on my prep table, it isn't an issue.

Love the updated larger container. The top locks really nice compared to the earlier versions which makes me feel better about carrying it around. The taller one holds my 12 wustoff and all of my long knives.

i like the build quality but i wish there was a way to secure the lid to base.
if worn as a sling, it twist and disassembles.
its also awkward to grab.
it needs a handle
lock and handle pls

I ordered the regular size to see how i liked it, showed it to my 3 chefs, and they love it. I’m waiting to order 3 more when the pro model is available
Please let me know when it is

Holds all my essentials but the slot for the little tools is kinda a mess would have loved if it had the same material as the knife side to hold my stuff in place so it's not banging around. Other than that it's a great piece and more ppl should have it

Love it, minor issues with the straws that hold the knife when sliding the tool holder back in, but I love it

Still fairly new but I absolutely love having it at my station and no need to open knife rolls. I got the pro and it is a bit larger than expected, but so far I am enjoying it!

Its not a bad product by any means, I think I was swept up in the ads and felt like this was gonna be an amazing product, but having waited like a month and a half, and not measuring some of my tools before. I've barely used it so my final verdict isn't out, but I think this just may not be the product for me because 1. I have many knives and cycle out which get used daily to keep them all sharper longer 2. I make custom knife sheaths out of leather for evry knife I own so having the storage mad...

Just doesn’t feel durable I thought going with the pro I’d have space for longer knives but it can’t hold everything my knife roll can. I’m worried if I drop it or it falls it will break into pieces. The products a good idea but we will see how it hold up.

Putting the tool section back in with the bristles makes it complicated. The clip on the strap failed immediately. And it’s hard to open. I like the idea. But it’s hard to use. I think it needs design improvements. I would not suggest it to my coworkers until those issues were fixed. Thanks. But for $150 that doesn’t feel like I got a good deal.
