My daughter is delighted with the basket, which I sent her for my granddaughter. The issue I have is that I placed the original order on 12th February and it arrived on 21st March. I know anything personalised takes longer to make, but this seems like a very long time indeed. I’m not sure the delivery service, Relay, were particularly speedy. I would recommend the product itself, but not the wait time.

I LOVE the basket & giraffe that I received. The giraffe is much bigger/nicer than I expected!! The basket is beautiful size & quality!! Love the rose color I chose & flower design! My granddaughter will love it!

I have just received my grandsons and awaiting my grandaughters. They are lovely and very well madem my only wish is that they were bigger, I ordered the large and although you do show measurements I didn't check and found basket to be smaller than I expected. Great work with the names and logo, even if they don't use as a toy box which is what I brought them for they can be used to store anything in the nursery.

This was my second order and another positive experience. The baskets are excellent quality and the names come out beautifully. I got a shipping notice of a holdup and it was addressed immediately.

The basket eventually arrived and it is much nicer than I expected. I am going to order another one for another baby girl. The workmanship is very good and the name looks lovely and is attached well. Thank you very much.

The basket is beautiful , it was smaller than I expected as I ordered a large , but it is very pretty , I’m sure my daughter will love it for her Baby girl when she arrives 😊🌸

I loved the product, well made, however, it came late, and I missed being able to gift it at the shower I attended. I am disappointed in the size, if the Large is that size, I hate to know what the size of the small or medium is.

I ordered one for a baby gift and it was actually delivered to the wrong address (not by BabyKnits) after realizing I was not going to get it back I was willing to wait the time it takes to get this delivered because I love the item so much. Very beautifully and functionally made. It will take about two weeks total if ordering time is normal (last time was around Christmas so it took a month. ) but so worth it!

Beautiful well made basket. Little smaller than I had expected, I got the large. But overall, very happy and can not wait to give it to my DIL for my first granddaughter at her baby shower 💓

I forgot to take a pic because it was a gift for my niece at my sister-in-law’s baby shower but the basket was beautiful! She loved it and it was very pretty. Good quality, true to size, and just as pictured. I would definitely recommend and order again :)

This is a beautiful handmade basket with beautiful detailing but the shipping was an absolute disaster and the time to get it was ridiculous. I ordered well in advance and it still did not arrive in time for a birthday. Obviously this is not the fault of the company who made it. Very disappointed as it did not arrive anywhere near on time despite being ordered well in advance. You should consider changing your shipping methods even if it costs more for the buyer.

I love it. The basket was purchased as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, I did not receive it by the estimated arrival date and had to purchase a different gift for the birthday. (It was 2 weeks late.). The late arrival did not take away from the quality, looks, and feel of the basket. If there is a need, I would definitely order again.

I love the giraffe and the basket, they are both beautiful, but it said 5-10 business days for delivery, and it took over a month to get here with NO communication from anyone as to where it was!

I love the product! However, it took over a month to arrive. It is a gift for my new great niece for whom this was to be a birth gift. It still is but I am disappointed that I couldn’t get it to her earlier-she is now almost 2 months old. The product is beautifull.

The design is beautiful. The Large is not “that” big. I would consider it more Medium sized. Fits some books though. Probably about 10 or so. The only thing I was unhappy was with the shipping time. Took exactly 1 month to receive.

Really unique basket. Looking forward to filling it with goodies to present to new, first time parents. The “only” downside was the time it took to get the basket. With that said, I absolutely love it! Quality piece.

beautiful crafted baskets. this is my third time buying them. if you need to fill it up get the large, the medium is not as big. very happy with the products .

I ordered two of the large knit baskets for my grandson - one for his house and one for mine. They turned out beautifully and hold all of his rattles and teethers. I wish there was an extra large one to hold his stuffed animals as well. Great quality and beautiful design!

It's a gift for a dear friend and it's super cute. But please be aware the name is glued on and will not last forever as I thought it would. I ordered a medium and it's perfect for what I'm needing it for.

Well made and attractive basket but the letter “o” in the baby’s name did not look good to me. I wish the name had been printed instead of in cursive. Next time I’ll will order the medium sized ze instead of small.

Took longer to receive, 4 weeks. It’s smaller than I thought it would be, I ordered the biggest. However it is beautiful and I can’t wait to give to my granddaughter who is expecting a great grandson.

Customer service was amazing - I ordered two baskets and did not put an embellishment on one but did the other by accident - I messaged them and they said they would do the other embellishment for free ! Baskets are so cute!!!! Very very happy with this purchase

A beautiful basket...ordered a medium and it is pretty small so just keep that in mind. I had issues with the delivery company they used (it got lost) but they replaced it and sent with a different company and received promptly.

It’s soooo cute, I love it. They run super small. I ordered a medium and I’d definitely say it’s a small. Took about a month from ordering to get here, but worth the wait.
