These were sharp out of the box and cut well. They are stout enough to do heavier jobs like cutting up melons and veg, but small enough to handle paring cuts as well. They look great too. One set is going in the camper and one is going in the outdoor kitchen. Got an extra as a gift but may keep it.

I have done this review numerous times. I ordered the knives for my husband and son in law. Everyone is very happy with the knives. I would only suggest a better tracking system on the delivery because the tracking system that you use now does not provide any helpful information on the whereabouts of the product during shipping. I have no pictures of anyone using the knife.

the ordering went fine. delivery date communication is vague. trying to communicate with customer service is an absolute nightmare. NO info and generic answers. NO access to phone contact because no one EVER answers the phone. That part was terrible. Once the knives arrived days after the latest we expected, we were very pleased with the product and it was exactly as expected. We would purchase again and plan a much longer delivery due to this experience.

I like that I can put it in the drawer with the junk knives and they don't get beat up and dull. The blade steel shows little wear since I have received them. A couple of swipes on a steel and it is back to factory sharp.
