this is the second time I bought jewellery from bene, the first time was delivered fast 2-3 days,this time idk why its very slow i waited almost 1 week... I know is the delivery company problem I track my parcel every 2 days and twice I saw unsuccessful delivery and my stuff is urgent ,past experience its fast delivery so I decide to but again, I think have to think about before buy next time if urgent stuff. Hope can change or improve the delivery company.

its nice to wear! but just be very mindful, necklace material is a bit fragile. the first time when i put it on, the necklace was snapped. i emailed the team and informed about it, they replace me with a new one! thank you ♥️♥️

Very amazed that I received the quality of the Diana Bow Bracelet for the price, it's so shining! But one thing that kind of disappoint me a little bit is the jewellery holder's quality is average only - the thread is not sewed properly that you can see it's hanging out a little bit. It was a perfect gift, my friend love it so much . It’s just that the outside box might need some bubble wrap you know, because it was messed up when it came but luckily the inside was intact thanks to the bubble wrap. Smaller than expected, but it is great, subtle piece for everyday wear. The chain itself was slightly stiff in the beginning but softened out from wear. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and there are no signs of the colour wearing off (despite sweating from humid weather and some perfume exposure). The stones embedded are a classy touch and provides a nice vibrancy.
