Your new web site is horrible. Your customer service is horrible. I've been ordering coffee since 2008 went I visited Cafe Britt in Costa Rica. I've never had problems ordering coffee it now. I couldn't even get through on the phone. You don't answer the phone and are directed to leave a message and you dont return the call.
