I wish these products were sold in Texas, but Cafe Britt makes online shopping easy! If you are ever in Costa Rica, try the chocolate chocolate chip cookies.🍪 They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! This is the only hot chocolate I'll buy. Other brands have more sugar, contain powdered milk, and/or cost a ridiculous amount more. Café Britt is the only brand I've found that's intended for real milk and creates rich, not-too-sweet hot cocoa. I use 3 Tbsp. in 12 oz. of milk, which is one less than the directions call for, but to me it's perfect that way!

I love this chocolate. However, the delivery took so very long and when I finally received my package, the chocolate was in one large clump. Clearly it melted then re-hardened. Its also a powdery brown color. Im afraid to eat it. I'm very disappointed with the delivery process. I can't even enjoy the chocolate the way ir was meant to be enjoyed.

I’ve been using these two coffees for probably 20 years. Middle daughter discovered Cafe Britt on a trip when getting her BSRN degree. She now pays her own expenses to go to Lima, Peru for 2 weeks each fall to fix cleft palates in children there. It’s a 2 year process. First year fix cleft, second fix facial deformity. She works full time at a Kaiser Permanente surgery in Denver, CO. I grind 2 measures of each roast for my custom blend latte I savor all morning. Proud Mamma here!

Your service is excellent, FedEx's is a different story. Sent THREE messages to FedEx NOT to deliver when they advise they were going to delivered since we were not going to be home and were expecting heavy rain over night, no response and they delivered anyway!!! very upsetting. Had to bothered a neighbor to pick up and hold for three days. FedEx has ZERO idea of customer service, this is not the first delivery they mess up.

It arrived sooner than expected. I have not used it yet but expected that it will be good. The 12oz packages shipped from Britt’s are vacuumed sealed. Why aren’t the 32 oz packages vacuumed sealed. That would be my preference. It would extend the shelf life until it is opened.

I have never had a Better tasting coffee than this! I actually have 2 Kirkland unopened, 3 pound, bags of Costa Rican Whole bean coffee that I purchased at Costco.
