The Heritage blend tastes like the first time I hand Britt coffee in Costa Rica in 1991. At that time It had a rich, robust, complex coffee taste (still does) and I was total hooked. At the time, I had no idea Costa Rica was known for superior coffee. When I ordered the Heritage coffee I had no idea it comes from one of the oldest coffee growing regions in Costa Rica. Perhaps that's part of my nostalgia and delight for Heritage blend. Who can say?

My husband and I visited Costa Rica in 2005, and we took the Britt Coffee Tour in Heredia. We have been ordering from you ever since, bringing back good memories and also good taste. My one suggestion - I regularly have difficulty with closing the coffee bag once it has been opened. The black plastic strip that supposedly helps keep the bag closed frequently does not remain stuck to the package, allowing the bag to open. Is there a better way to close?

Your coffee is great! But your logistics is not so good. The consistency of your shipping needs to be improved. Sometimes you get the product out and moving in a timely manner but it seems like crap shoot. It should not take 10-14 days to ship to Utah. I work with shipping companies to move product all over the country. None of them take 10-14 days to ship ground packages.
