Sealed in box with clear instructions. It looks and feels the same as the expensive options sold in pharmacies. It worked for me. Reduces snoring by pushing your lower jaw out keeping the breathing airway open. Two parts slides together. Adjust the lower part out as far as your lower jaw can reach. Then bite onto the guard when sleeping.

This is the second one of these i have purchased. They work extremely well. Follow the directions to a tee. Make sure that when you set it, that your jaw is slightly overshot, in other words, your lower teeth jut slightly forward of your upper ones. No more snoring.
