Really well packaged for delivery, the box is top quality and the utensils are great. As previous reviews have stated the insert to hold the individual items arrived with a couple of small cracks in it (no matter how well packaged the utensils still dislodged within the trays). However, these weren't too bad and to replace it with something more substantial may add significantly to the overall cost so I'll live with it.

Bought glasses and large mugs. Very pleased with all, although one hi-ball glass has broken. The glass is very thin and fragile. I do love them though. Just be aware they are not the heavy crystal style and be careful with them. They are beautiful and very modern and stylish. I have the wine glasses and red wine goblets too.
