I saw the claim that they worked with no chalk on both powder coated and steel bars and I thought it was too good to be true, so I had to get a pair and test it out. Turns out some things are just as good as they seem! These work phenomenally on both types of pull up bar with no chalk. After using a few different brands of grips, these are the best I’ve ever used hands down. Highly recommend!

All the items were well packed and arrived in good condition. However, I expected the jump rope cable to be more aluminum-like and the handles to be metal, but it turned out that the handles are plastic, and the rope is not suitable for double or fast jumps.
The 7mm knee pads are indeed noticeably thicker than the 5mm ones, though I didn't think the difference will be very significant in practice.

This is THE bag for me. Great bag design! I needed a bag where I could get to a handful of things rather easily, in a bag that I didn't have to lay down to open completely and that would stand up on it's own (no droopy bag syndrome).
Trying to figure out a good place to put a lifting belt so you can still open your bag has been a struggle. I can get to my belt, my chalk, my grips and my jump rope really quickly and without having to maneuver things out of the way.

These grips grip very well onto both the ‘slippery’ and rough bars at my CF gym. On the inside, it doesn’t tear up my palms like my old grips did. I got a large and I’m a smaller female but the fit is perfect, it covers my palms like a fat kid’s face in Nutella, full coverage. Has never made double unders so easy! I was used to using the provided ropes at my gym. I’d leave a workout with a rope looking like a tiger with all the stripes the rope would leave on my back/arms. Picsil comes along and I’m stringing doubles together like a champ!
