The Cobb is great, with the exception of the bacon. Each time I’ve had the Cobb, the bacon looks very undercooked and is soft, which I don’t like, and end up picking it out as much as I can. I would really love the bacon to be much crispier.

Doesn’t taste like other tortilla soups I’ve had or similar style soups I’ve made. Very tomato based and has that tangy/sour taste of tomato’s. Had a whole tomato in mine, had to remove it. Not the best but not the worst. The tortilla strips are already in there and are soggy, no crunch obviously. Annoying to need to have another container to put it in…kind of defeats the “easy” part of doing a meal prep/kit deal.
