Yum! At first I thought, we'll try it, I'm glad I did. The most flavorful pesto salad I've had to date.

I shared one of my cups with my daughter who is a nail tech. She hardly has time to eat. She loved it just as I do!

Yummy and fresh. Great taste. I wish it was a little more inexpensive though. Maybe with some crackers and spices to sprinkle on top?

I like this one with all the extras in the salad. My hubby thinks the flavor of the dressing is too weak and I can see his point but I still like it a lot.

Tastes good but very inconsistent with the amount of cheese cubes in the container! Sometimes I get 3 or less and would like it to be more equivalent to the other ingredients.

Great salad but rather bland. I substitute shredded cheese because the cubes are so large you wind up with a mouthful of cheese. Make sure to salt and pepper it and perhaps add a handful of cherry tomatoes to boost the flavor.

The ice has been melted the last three shipments. This made the chicken noodle soup sour twice. The salads have been amazing and as long they are still cold when I get them I will continue through the summer if not I will have to wait until fall to continue shipments.
