The knife is fantastic, I was just worried for a long time that it was a fraud because I never received a confirmation email of the purchase, tracking was not possible, there was no trace of my purchase on your website based on the order number, the online chat and the email address provided on the website did not work, etc. I hope that the long-term wonderful use of the knives will make me forget about it.

Shipping was slow, I thought the item was from Japan but only designed in Japan and made in China which disappointed me although it seems like a decent product. Appearance is impressive, time will tell.

The delivery took way too long. I emailed several times and got the same uninformed response. Even tried to cancel but then the order all of a sudden made progress and shipped. I was very excited then the customer service happened

Hello for a start you could answer customer service emails about the missing item not yet received. Still have not got the magnetic strip which i have sent 3 emails about asking when i can expect to take delivery. I will be contacting my credit card company about this.
