I definitely like the patches. ALMOST PAIN FREE. I started using 2`patches at a time. It seems to give me more freedom from pins/needles in my feet. Knees & hips still give me pain unless I rub them with BeeVenom. Patches are so much better than taking pills which cause indigestion.
