I bought this ornament for my son and daughter-in-law just after getting married as a Xmas gift. They absolutely loved it for there Xmas tree in their 1st home.

It was perfect. Ordered the 4.7 inch. I felt the picture size and quality were great. Brought tears to my sister in laws eyes. It made it with pictures of her family.

The bag is really beautiful…I get lots of compliments! It’s huge like a travel bag, super spacious. It took a long time to get here, I had to send several messages as I didn’t even get tracking information, but I have to say it was worth the wait!

This was a gift for my daughter and although she loved it, it took a very long time to arrive and I almost reported it as spam and got the charges reverted because the customer service and communication was extremely bad, so although I absolutely loved the bag, I am hesitant to order something else because of the lack of communication it was very bad. Wow, if looks and feels even better in person! The size is perfect and looks to be very well made. There are plenty of additional pockets inside to organize things. The image and customization match the website perfectly with crisp lines and vivid colors. Customer service responded quickly to a minor issue with the shipping tracking and made it right immediately.

I have ordered from this company a few years in a row I have loved every ornament I have received. The pictures are clear. The making of the ornament was very nice. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to order throughout the next years.

Bag looks great! I was discouraged I received a delivery email days prior to getting the product. However it did finally get here and looks great! Can't wait to give it to her and see her reaction!

It’s beautiful, super good quality and beautiful painted. I haven’t yet used it. Saving the purse for a special occasion so I can show it off. The communication with the vendor was incredible, by mistake I put a wrong shipping address, sent them a message and the replied immediately. The shipping term was also fantastic.

The only bad thing i have to say is the shipping. It took 17 days from the time I placed the order for the status to change from ready to ship, to actually shipping the purse. That seemed to long for me.
