I've had to cut my dosage way back because my body feels "Super Charged" by the vitamins that are contained in the product(not Kidding). The container is much smaller than I anticipated but the shilajit I guess is much more potent also,,its too early to tell if its great as advertised,,it has a black licorice taste to it,,perhaps if its sold in soft tablet form I'll try that next time.
