I don't like the Carmel In it !! Why do the food companies put sugar and Carmel in things that are supposed to be healthy? It's ruined I didn't know. I was getting a caramel. I don't like the Carmel. I'd like to plain one with just a natural good stuff. I'm not no sweet stuff in there I would love to return it and get.
