The first few times we took it it worked really good but then my husband and I found it make us tired and sleepy? We were only taking it once a day. He would put it in his coffee and I was taking it under my tongue. Any one else had this problem? Any suggestions? We really want to take this but we only took it for two weeks and stopped due to the sleepiness.
