Well…..it’s expensive but I know this will sound crazy but I felt something happening the 1st time I took it my gut felt warm and like it was slowly expanding the heat. I took it under the tongue and it taste like salty burnt something ( not tasty at all) I’ve mixed it with a shot glass of warm water is the best. But I think it’s a positive effect so far. I would recommend that it should be tried.

Not gonna lie the taste is an aquired one. I put it in a water bottle and that was a no go. I tried it in black coffee and it's manageable.
