I put this in my morning coffee everyday. It does take about three days to adjust to the changes in the gut. After you acclimate to the colostrum you will notice much better digestion, a flatter stomach and improved immune response. I don't really notice the taste as I mix it with creamer and coffee. I would say this is one of the best products in the AJ store.

I DON'T EVEN DRINK COFFEE ANYMORE! I make a half-gallon of water with Ultra Methylene Blue and Ultra Methylene Red every day and keep it in the fridge. Ultimate turmeric was the first supplement I tried — after taking 1 gummy I immediately felt something to my surprise as I don’t really take any particular supplements but this I could feel on body and even a lasting pain seem to became better and this lasted over a week of just taking 1 a day.
