I'm pretty sensitive to supplements and this one definitely is powerful. I'm only taking half the recommended dose and I would say the effects can be a little overwhelming the first few days. I have taken them for about a week, but I have to stop for some time because I think it could be too much iodine. While my skin is smoother, my muscle tone is better I think there are some real considerations in regards to safety. That's why I didn't give it 5/5.
