It's a great bike. I used to have an engwe m20 for 1200€. This is just an incredible difference in quality. The brakes don't make any loud noises. The motor rides smoothly and is quite quiet. The seat is fabulous, no soreness, I work as a courier for 12 hours at a time. I assembled the bike in 15 minutes. The battery lasts for 10-12 hours of work as a courier. When the bike arrived it was packaged well. The manual is not great, but that’s why we have YouTube. I had watched so many videos on it that it was pretty easy to assemble. This bike is amazing and I am so happy with my choice. It is rated at 33 miles per hour however on a fiat surface I can maintain 37 miles per hour and have reached 40 miles per hour on a decline. I ride through the city to rural areas and to the rail trails. Riding for hours on the trails seemingly in the middle of nowhere is so much fun. I feel like I can just keep going and going.
