I was absolutely amazed that my order was intact and not broken. The box was barely together! I keep trying to get my free coffee mug by scanning the QR code I received with my order but to no avail. These coffee pods are awesome! Love the flavor and they work great in my Nespresso machine. They never clog up the machine like some other brands of pods have in the past. I will keep ordering these as long as they make this flavor!! It’s the best. Delicious!

So glad Nespresso treated me (a 7+ years customer) badly. My luck to find a much better experience here. The coffee is wonderful. We can really feel the caffeine rush in the morning. Taste is everything you want in an expresso. I use them for almond milk lattes every day. Customer service is good and my order arrived same day. The icing on the cake? The coffee itself ia always great. This time around the box that was delivered was severely damaged. Almost all of the coffee pod boxes inside were damaged as well. The pods themselves showed some superficial damage due to the rough handling of the delivery service. Im hoping very much that this is a one time occurrence.

I tried this flavor through a special reserve pack I got when I purchased a Ninja machine on Amazon. Obsidian so far has been my absolute favorite. It is strong but still has that smoothness and a very good shot of espresso! Love making lattes with it because you get good flavor. This coffee is amazing. You really have to try it. A lot of their flavors are excellent.
