I started taking the tablets on Monday on Tuesday I was sick and felt unwell but I realised I had been taking 2 tablets rather than the one as suggested (whoops)!. Anyway Its Friday Now and once I reduced to one tablet, I was fine I have lost 5lb in one week. They have also massively reduced my snacking this week and eating in general as I have not felt like eating large amounts. Impressed however I have still got some bloating so i am taking other tablets to help with this (IBS).

I am a little on the fence about this product! It does do exactly what it’s intended to, but jeez I have had many close calls 😆 I only take 1 tablet at bedtime and without fail go to the toilet at speed around 12 hours later. I have been disabled since 2012 when I survived a stroke, aged 47, I have since had menopause and am unable to exercise. My belly is huge, a recent MRI showed that I am suffering from chronic constipation. I had a colonic irrigation treatment but cannot afford to have one regularly. I have been using these for 10 days now, started off with 1 and built it up to 2 per day. These are amazing! For me they take around 6-8 hours to kick in but when they do you will want to be near a toilet for a few hours! But I do feel so much more energised and less bloated. One of my biggest pet peeves with these types of cleanses, is they always seem to basically just be a laxative and it hurts your stomach, and doesn’t have the desired effect.
