I recommend you take three if you want a good clean out or two if you want it more controlled. These are essentially laxatives and I take them when I’ve been bunged up for a few days. Take at bedtime and you’ll be woken up with a stomach ache and will need to ‘go’
Then I find this happens another two or three times during the day, usually after coffee and food. Don’t stray too far from the toilet. They are good for debloating but quite strong.
